M is for Metalhead

A-Z Challenge is half done. Read about it here.

Actually, M is for "Shit, I forgot!" But whatever, I was going to do a map or something today, but, well, I forgot to do anything. So instead of throwing out some squiggly lines I thought I'd go old school.

Well, I actually saw the super awesome 15 minute documentary called Heavy Metal Parking Lot about the parking lot before a Judas Priest concert back in the 80's. The memories starting flooding back so hard I almost cried... yes, this was my kind of crowd. Granted, this was a few years before my prime concert going time, but it still feels the same.

Click to Watch... and be amazed

Anyway, my late sketch is... Two of the most famous metal fans in history.

I never really got into Beavis and Butthead, but it's a great sketch!

I'm with Andrew. I never thought they were very funny...but your sketch is dead on, so kudos for the artistic representation!

I thought they were funny because I knew people like that. Great sketch.
Concerts in the 80's - that was my crowd, so I can relate.

*groan* I am not a Beavis and Butthead fan, but I really don't like a lot of the popular cartoons (then and now). I hate Family Guy and the Simpsons. The sketch is VERY good.

That's like superhero Beavis and Butt-head. I loved the Cornholio bits but my favorite episode was the parody of "It's a Wonderful Life" where the angel tries to persuade Butt-head to kill himself.

Great sketch! Visiting from the A-Z challenge. You made me laugh remembering all the head banging going on. :D

That's an excellent sketch - and an instant blast back into the past :-)

DUDE! this is quality work!

i've never been into b&b, but a lot of that was because my step-dad told me over and over again how i wasn't allowed to watch them, that it was a naughty show... you get my drift.

you can imagine my surprise when i went to the kitchen for a drink in the middle of the night, and found him snickering on the couch watching b&b in the dark with the volume super low.

heeheehee!

I don't know why, but I always thought Beavis and Butthead were just hilarious. Maybe because I was in college when it would be on at the frat house big screen TV.
